Eligibility and Age Restriction

You must be at least 21 years of age to access or use Fairway Edge. By using this site or subscribing to the newsletter, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and of legal age to participate in sports wagering activities in your jurisdiction.

Fairway Edge is intended for use only in jurisdictions where sports betting is legal. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of this service is lawful in your location. We do not encourage or facilitate sports betting in any jurisdiction where it is prohibited by law.

Disclaimer

Fairway Edge provides statistical model probabilities for entertainment and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any predictions. All model outputs are estimates based on historical data and may not reflect future outcomes.

No Financial Advice

Nothing on this site or in the Fairway Edge newsletter constitutes financial, investment, or betting advice. Model outputs are probability estimates derived from statistical methods applied to publicly available data. They should be used as one input among many in your own decision-making process.

Fairway Edge is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or sportsbook. We do not facilitate bets or handle any wagering transactions.

Use of the Service

By accessing Fairway Edge, you agree to use the site and its data for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding sports betting and online gambling.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

When using Fairway Edge, you agree not to:

(a) use the service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms;

(b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service, other accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the service;

(c) use any automated means (including bots, scrapers, or spiders) to access, monitor, or copy content from the service, except as expressly permitted in the Intellectual Property section;

(d) interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service;

(e) redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit prediction data, newsletter content, or model outputs without written permission;

(f) misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or impersonate Fairway Edge or its operator in any capacity;

(g) use Fairway Edge content to promote offshore, unlicensed, or illegal sportsbooks.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service if we reasonably believe you have violated any of these provisions.

Subscription Terms, Billing, and Cancellation

Subscription Plans

Fairway Edge offers a premium newsletter subscription at the following rates:

Monthly: $9.99 per month, billed monthly
Annual: $79.99 per year, billed annually ($6.67/month effective)

All prices are in US dollars. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

Billing and Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe, via Beehiiv). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the then-current rate on each billing cycle. Monthly subscriptions renew on the same date each month. Annual subscriptions renew on the anniversary of your original purchase.

If your payment method fails or is declined, we may suspend access to premium content until payment is successfully processed. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Beehiiv account settings or by contacting us at @FairwayEdgeGolf on Twitter. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to premium content through the remainder of the period you have already paid for.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content, subscriptions are non-refundable. We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period. If you cancel, you will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles, but no refund will be issued for the current cycle.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case.

Seasonal Considerations

Golf betting content is inherently seasonal. The PGA Tour schedule runs primarily from January through September, with reduced coverage October through December. Subscription pricing remains the same year-round regardless of content volume. Annual subscribers should consider this seasonality when choosing a billing plan.

Intellectual Property

All model outputs, charts, analysis, and site content are the intellectual property of Fairway Edge. You may share screenshots, chart exports, and links freely with attribution (link back to fairwayedge.golf or credit @FairwayEdgeGolf).

You may not scrape, systematically download, or redistribute prediction data in bulk without written permission.

Affiliate Disclosure

Fairway Edge may contain affiliate links to third-party products and services, including but not limited to daily fantasy sports platforms and licensed sportsbooks. When you click on an affiliate link and make a purchase, sign up, or place a wager, Fairway Edge may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

Affiliate relationships will always be disclosed in accordance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines. The presence of affiliate links does not influence the predictions, analysis, or picks provided by Fairway Edge. Model outputs are generated independently of any affiliate relationship.

Fairway Edge only promotes sportsbooks and platforms that are legally licensed to operate in the jurisdictions where they are advertised. We do not promote offshore or unlicensed gambling operators.

Accuracy and Data Sources

Predictions are generated from publicly available data sources including ESPN, the Official World Golf Ranking, and historical PGA Tour statistics. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties about the completeness or timeliness of source data.

Model accuracy is tracked transparently on our Model Accuracy page. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Warranty Disclaimer

THE FAIRWAY EDGE WEBSITE, NEWSLETTER, PREDICTION MODEL, AND ALL ASSOCIATED CONTENT AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

FAIRWAY EDGE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (B) THE PREDICTIONS, PROBABILITIES, OR ANALYSIS PROVIDED WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR RELIABLE; (C) ANY RESULTS OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS; (D) ANY ERRORS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED; OR (E) THE SERVICE WILL BE COMPATIBLE WITH YOUR DEVICE OR SOFTWARE.

Model outputs are probability estimates generated from historical data using statistical methods. They reflect past patterns and do not predict future outcomes with certainty. Actual results will vary, and losing streaks are expected and normal. Past model performance, including any tracked results displayed on the site, does not guarantee future accuracy.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FAIRWAY EDGE AND ITS OPERATOR(S) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR FINANCIAL LOSSES FROM WAGERING DECISIONS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF FAIRWAY EDGE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL FAIRWAY EDGE'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO FAIRWAY EDGE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY DOLLARS ($50), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT SPORTS BETTING INVOLVES INHERENT FINANCIAL RISK AND THAT FAIRWAY EDGE DOES NOT FACILITATE, PROCESS, OR HOLD ANY WAGERS. ALL BETTING DECISIONS ARE MADE SOLELY BY YOU, AT YOUR OWN RISK, THROUGH THIRD-PARTY SPORTSBOOKS WITH WHICH FAIRWAY EDGE HAS NO AFFILIATION UNLESS EXPLICITLY DISCLOSED.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fairway Edge and its operator(s), affiliates, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

(a) your use of the service or any content provided through the service;

(b) any wagering decisions you make, whether or not informed by Fairway Edge's predictions, analysis, or recommendations;

(d) your violation of any applicable law or regulation, including laws governing sports betting in your jurisdiction;

(e) any claim by a third party arising from your use of the service or your redistribution of Fairway Edge content in violation of these Terms.

This indemnification obligation survives termination of your subscription and your use of the service.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to first contact us at @FairwayEdgeGolf on Twitter (or via email if an address is provided) and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Georgia. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver

YOU AND FAIRWAY EDGE AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. Unless both parties agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.

Exceptions

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for claims related to intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access to the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
